TPPMPS of the Informatics Study Program

TPPMPS is a team at the study program level that supports the implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of academic quality in the Informatics Study Program.

About TPPMPS

The Study Program Quality Assurance Implementation Team, or TPPMPS, is a team that assists the Study Program Coordinator in implementing quality assurance at the study program level. TPPMPS plays a role in ensuring that academic activities, learning processes, curriculum documents, and academic services are carried out in accordance with the quality standards established by the university, faculty, and study program.

TPPMPS Structure of the Informatics Study Program

The TPPMPS of the Informatics Study Program consists of a chairperson and members who support the implementation of quality assurance, monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up actions for academic quality improvement at the study program level.

Chairperson of TPPMPS

Luh Arida Ayu Rahning Putri, S.Kom., M.Cs.

Responsible for coordinating the implementation of quality assurance at the Informatics Study Program level, including monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up activities for quality improvement.

Member of TPPMPS

I Gede Santi Astawa, S.T., M.Cs.

Supports the implementation of study program quality assurance, particularly in monitoring activities, evaluation of academic documents, and preparation of recommendations for quality improvement.

Member of TPPMPS

I Made Satria Bimantara, S.Kom., M.Kom.

Supports academic quality monitoring and evaluation activities, the completeness of learning documents, and follow-up actions for continuous improvement in the Informatics Study Program.

Role of TPPMPS

TPPMPS serves as part of the internal quality assurance system at the study program level. This team supports the implementation of the quality assurance cycle so that academic activities can be carried out in a planned, documented, measurable, and sustainable manner.

Through quality evaluation and control activities, TPPMPS assists the study program in maintaining the quality of the learning process, curriculum alignment, completeness of academic documents, and achievement of higher education standards.

Duties and Functions

Learning Monitoring

Monitors the implementation of the learning process in the Informatics Study Program.

Quality Document Evaluation

Evaluates the completeness and conformity of academic documents such as curriculum, Semester Learning Plans, and supporting learning documents.

Quality Standards Evaluation

Assists in evaluating the achievement of quality standards applied at the study program level.

Continuous Improvement

Provides input and improvement recommendations to enhance the quality of study program implementation.

Quality Assurance Cycle

The implementation of quality assurance in the Informatics Study Program is carried out through the PPEPP cycle, which consists of Standard Setting, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement. This cycle serves as the foundation for continuous quality improvement.

Establishing study program quality standards.

Implementing standards in academic activities.

Evaluation

Evaluating the achievement of standards.

Control

Controlling and following up on evaluation results.

Improving quality on an ongoing basis.

Scope of Quality Assurance

Curriculum

Alignment of the curriculum with graduate learning outcomes and the development needs of the field of knowledge.

Learning Process

Implementation of the learning process, evaluation of learning outcomes, and achievement of course learning outcomes.

Academic Documents

Availability and updating of documents such as Semester Learning Plans, curriculum documents, guidelines, and other supporting documents.

Follow-Up Actions

Improvement recommendations based on the results of quality evaluation and monitoring at the study program level.
