Informatics Study Program
The Study Program Collaboration Committee is a supporting element at the study program level that assists in managing, coordinating, implementing, documenting, and evaluating collaborations with partners in the fields of education, research, community service, and institutional development.

About the Collaboration Committee

The Collaboration Committee of the Informatics Study Program assists the study program in managing and developing collaborations with various partners, including higher education institutions, government agencies, industries, research institutions, communities, alumni, and international partners. This committee plays a role in ensuring that collaborations are aligned with academic needs, the field of Informatics, student development, and the achievement of the study program’s vision and mission.

Responsible for assisting the coordination of collaborations within the Informatics Study Program, including partner exploration, activity planning, implementation, output documentation, monitoring, and evaluation of collaboration activities.

Role of the Collaboration Committee

The Collaboration Committee serves as a liaison between the study program and collaboration partners in designing and implementing activities that support the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The collaborations developed may include education, research, community service, curriculum development, internships, guest lectures, seminars, workshops, and other academic activities.

Through effective coordination, the Collaboration Committee helps ensure that each collaboration does not only exist as a formal document, but also produces real activities, measurable outputs, and benefits for students, lecturers, the study program, faculty, university, and partners.

Duties and Functions of the Collaboration Committee

Partner Exploration
Identifies and follows up on collaboration opportunities with higher education institutions, industries, government agencies, communities, research institutions, alumni, and international partners.
Collaboration Coordination
Assists in coordinating collaboration plans among the study program, faculty, university, lecturers, students, and partner institutions.
Collaboration Documents
Supports the preparation and completion of collaboration documents such as MoU, MoA, Cooperation Agreement, Implementation Arrangement, Terms of Reference, activity proposals, and other supporting documents.
Activity Implementation
Encourages the implementation of collaboration activities such as guest lectures, internships, joint research, joint publications, seminars, workshops, training, and community service.
Output Documentation
Collects activity documentation, reports, participant lists, minutes of activities, publications, evidence of outputs, and supporting collaboration data for reporting and accreditation purposes.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitors and evaluates the sustainability, benefits, achievements, and impacts of collaborations for the study program and partners.

Scope of Collaboration

Collaborations of the Informatics Study Program are developed to support the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and the continuous improvement of the study program.

Education and Learning
Collaborations in the form of guest lectures, lecturer or student exchange, internships, independent study, curriculum development, and project-based learning.
Research and Publications
Research collaborations, joint scientific publications, innovation development, academic seminars, and collaboration in the field of Informatics.
Community Service
Activities involving the application of knowledge and technology to support communities, schools, villages, agencies, or partner institutions.
Institutional Development
Collaborations that support network strengthening, study program reputation enhancement, accreditation, internationalization, and institutional capacity development.

The Informatics Study Program opens collaboration opportunities with various partners that are relevant to Informatics, technology development, education, research, innovation, and community service.

Collaboration management is carried out in stages so that each collaboration has a clear direction, complete documents, real implementation, and well-documented outputs.
