Informatics Study Program
The Student Affairs Advisor is a supporting element at the study program level that plays a role in guiding, directing, and assisting students in student activities, talent and interest development, reasoning, achievements, and soft skills development.

About the Student Affairs Advisor

The Student Affairs Advisor of the Informatics Study Program is a lecturer who plays a role in assisting and guiding students in the implementation of student activities at the study program level. This guidance includes student organization activities, talent and interest development, reasoning and academic activities, social activities, student achievements, as well as character building and soft skills development.

Ir. I Komang Arya Ganda Wiguna, S.Kom., M.Cs.

Responsible for guiding and assisting students of the Informatics Study Program in student activities, talent and interest development, achievements, organizations, and student self-development activities.

Role of the Student Affairs Advisor

The Student Affairs Advisor acts as a student mentor in planning, implementing, and evaluating student activities so that they are carried out in accordance with the regulations of the study program, faculty, and university.

Through structured guidance, students are encouraged to actively participate in academic and non-academic activities, develop their potential, improve achievements, strengthen leadership, and build communication, teamwork, responsibility, and professional ethics.

Duties and Functions of the Student Affairs Advisor

Student Activity Guidance
Guides and assists students in carrying out student activities at the study program level.
Talent and Interest Development
Supports students in developing interests, talents, creativity, leadership, and personal potential.
Reasoning and Academic Development
Encourages students to actively participate in scientific activities, academic discussions, competitions, seminars, training, and knowledge development activities.
Student Organization Assistance
Provides direction to student organizations or student activity groups so that their work programs are organized, well-directed, and beneficial.
Student Achievements
Supports student participation in competitions, academic activities, technology activities, and other achievement-oriented activities.
Coordination and Evaluation
Assists in coordinating student activities with the study program, faculty, and university, while supporting documentation and evaluation of student activities.

Scope of Student Affairs Guidance

Student affairs guidance in the Informatics Study Program covers various activities that support student development academically, professionally, socially, and personally.

Student Organizations
Guidance for organizational activities, committees, work programs, and student activities within the study program.
Talents and Interests
Development of student potential in technology, arts, sports, leadership, entrepreneurship, and creativity.
Reasoning and Academic Development
Scientific activities, training, seminars, competitions, student research, publications, and academic insight development.
Social Activities
Community service, social service, environmental awareness, and activities based on contribution to society.

Student Organizations of the Informatics Study Program

The Informatics Study Program supports the existence of student organizations as a platform for students to develop leadership, teamwork, creativity, innovation, reasoning, and other non-academic skills. Student organizations also serve as a medium for students to contribute to academic, social, technological, and talent development activities within the study program.

Himpunan Mahasiswa Informatika Universitas Udayana is a student organization at the study program level that serves as a platform for aspirations, self-development, leadership, and the implementation of student activities for Informatics students. This organization supports academic, non-academic, social, and talent development activities.

Student Innovation Centre is a platform for developing student creativity and innovation, particularly in technology, research, digital product development, competitions, and project-based activities. This organization supports students in developing ideas, skills, and innovative works relevant to the field of Informatics.
