Informatics Study Program
The Final Project Committee supports the smooth completion of students’ final projects, starting from proposal submission, supervision, seminar or examination implementation, to the management of examination result documents.

About the Final Project Committee

The Final Project Committee is a supporting unit at the study program level that assists the Study Program Coordinator in coordinating the implementation of students’ final projects. This committee plays a role in ensuring that the final project process is conducted in an orderly, structured, documented manner and in accordance with the academic regulations applicable in the Informatics Study Program.

Responsible for assisting the coordination of students’ final project implementation, including administrative management, seminar or examination scheduling, and monitoring the completeness of academic documents.

Role of the Final Project Committee

The Final Project Committee acts as a liaison between students, supervisors, examiners, and the Study Program Coordinator in the final project completion process. The existence of this committee helps ensure that each stage of the final project can be carried out in a structured manner and in accordance with established procedures.

Through proper coordination, the Final Project Committee supports students in completing their final projects on time, meeting academic standards, and producing scientific work that is relevant to the field of Informatics.

Duties and Functions

Final Project Coordination
Assists in coordinating students’ final project process from the initial stage to the final examination.
Proposal Submission
Helps manage the flow of final project proposal submission and ensures the completeness of administrative requirements.
Supervisors and Examiners
Supports the coordination process for assigning supervisors and examiners in accordance with study program regulations.
Seminar and Examination Schedule
Assists in arranging proposal seminars, result seminars, or final project examinations according to the applicable mechanism.
Document Completeness
Reviews and coordinates the completeness of academic documents required in the final project process.
Examination Result Documentation
Assists in managing seminar or examination result documents, such as minutes of examination, grades, and other supporting documents.

General Final Project Flow

The Final Project Committee supports the implementation of each final project stage so that students can follow the academic process in an orderly manner and in accordance with established procedures.

Topic Submission
Students submit a topic or initial final project proposal.

Supervisor Assignment
Coordination of supervisor assignment according to the field of study.

Supervision
Students conduct supervision and prepare the final project manuscript.

Seminar or Examination
Implementation of proposal seminars, result seminars, or final project examinations.

Documentation
Management of minutes, grades, and examination result documents.

Scope of Coordination

Students
Provides guidance related to administrative procedures and stages of final project completion.
Supervisors
Supports the coordination of the supervision process and student eligibility to attend seminars or examinations.
Examiners
Assists in arranging the involvement of examiners in the implementation of seminars or final project examinations.
Study Program
Supports the Study Program Coordinator in maintaining the orderliness and quality of final project implementation.
